Isaac Newton was probably the first person to look for the Bible codes. He had the right idea but he lacked an important tool, the computer. The bible code was first discovered by Israeli scientists in the mid 80s. They found that they could found that when the computer skipped a certain number of spaces sometimes words would come up. To find a specific word the computer looks for the word you tell it to in all the possible skip spaces when it finds the word it then takes the hebrew text and stacks the lines according to the proper skip space. Then you can sometimes find words near the searched word that are relevant to it. Since there are thousands of skip spaces the bible code is virtually infinate and is probably impossible to completely decode. The code is only found in the Hebrew text of the Old Testament and recently there have been some codes found in the Greek text of the New Testament. Some events have been decoded before they actually happened such as the Yitzak Rabbin Assassination. The words Yitzak Rabbin and Assassination were found near each other. The same thing was found about John F Kennedy's assassination. I personally believe that God was the encoder of the Bible and he coded it so that it would be discovered only at the time he wanted. Isaac Newton who was probably the most brilliant man to ever exist knew about the code but he couldn't decode it because the technology wasn't availible. The way its coded is that it would be virtually impossible to decode without a computer. There may be more as well. There may be a machine that does not exist yet that will be used to decode the code. No one knows. We just have to wait for the time to come. Until then you can study what is availible.
